Terms of Service & Return Policy

Shipping

Small items will be shipped via Fedex or USPS. 

Please ask for a quote with your zip code and your timeline. This will determined if we ship the items via Freight or via White glove. All items will be shipped from our warehouse in Rockland, Massachusetts to your residence/business.

Items shipped internationally are not our responsibility once they crossed the border, sorry but no claim will be processed with international shipping in the case of damage.  All items are shipped within 5 business days after payment clears. In order to simplify the process, we can quote you the curbside shipping of the larger items. If they are shipped via freight;  we will pack, palletize, label, insure and deliver to the shipper. Curbside shipping means to your door, not inside, not on an upper level, not set up in your living room or unpacked for you.

All you have to do is relax and send us your address and telephone number, we will get it to your door with no hassle.

Returns

Everything is sold as is and as stated.  There are no refunds for impulse purchases. All sales final with no exceptions.

Damages

If damage has occurred during shipping, it is your responsibility to notify us by email within 5 business days. The email must include photos of the damage then we will tell you how to proceed to file the claim with the carriers. If the item(s) are damaged once they are in your possession and knowing that they left our possession in as described condition and that they suffered no shipping damage, it will not be our responsibility to pay for the item or refund any money.

Offers

Anything that is on sale has already been discounted. As with any vintage item, some of them have a little wiggle room and some of them don’t. If you make a reasonable offer lower than the asking price and it is accepted, you have 24 hours to complete the transaction. After that, the item goes back to the asking price. I am sure we can respectfully work together to arrive at a price that we can both be happy with. 

Weather Delays

If for any reason there are weather-related delays on the delivery / shipping of your item we will not be responsible for refunding your purchase money nor will be held accountable for any action that the shipping companies might take in such cases.

Pick-up

If you choose to you can pick up the item(s) at our warehouse in Rockland MA. If you decide to take this option please pick up your item(s) within one week of purchase. Unless other arrangements have been made by the seller and buyer, a storage fee will be imposed after two weeks of purchase. If there is no attempt to contact us after 30 days we have the right to take ownership of the item and will resell it.

Vintage

Everything we sell is vintage; this means years of previous use, creating expected patina….. finish wear to edges and corners, minor nicks, stains, scratches, old repairs, fading and tone variation in the finish from sun, cleaning, waxing and natural elements in the air. Might have been in contact with dogs, cats or smoke. Appliance motors run with vintage noises and or take a while to warm up and work. Most lights take 3 way light bulbs which means if you use a regular light bulb you will need to turn the knob twice before it would come on.
